We are committed to processing your orders rapidly. Typically, orders leave our facility within 24 hours. However, during times of high demand, processing could extend up to 72 hours. We utilize a dependable shipping network specifically for vape mail to ensure your packages are delivered promptly.

When you check out, you'll be presented with Shipping Method options along with Estimated Delivery Times. These estimates can vary depending on your location and the local service provider. Once your order has finished processing at our facility, you will automatically receive a tracking email.

*Please be aware that all transit times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.

Required Adult Signature

In compliance with Federal regulations, all vape mail orders will mandate Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. Recipients must present a valid government-issued photo ID to the delivery personnel to verify age.

This service incurs an additional fee of $7, which will be reflected during the checkout process. For your convenience, we offer shipping to a business address. However, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping and Handling Timelines

Orders typically take 24 to 72 business hours to process before shipment. After processing, a tracking email will be sent to confirm the package is in the final stages of fulfillment. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times, varying by location, will be provided at checkout.

Estimated Transit Times

- Western Half of the US: 6-20 business days* in transit.
- Eastern Half of the US: 2-6 business days* in transit.
- International Packages: No specific estimate available. Tracking will indicate movement from our facility to the US international Sort Facility, and then upon arrival in your country. For updates, please contact your local customs agency.

Note: Processing may extend up to 5 business days during busy periods such as holidays or sales surges. We appreciate your patience as our team endeavors to dispatch packages promptly.

Our processing hours are 8:00AM PST - 4PM AST, Monday to Friday. Shipping carriers do not process orders on weekends and U.S Federal Holidays.

Return to Sender Policy

Reshipping services are at the sole discretion of Cloud Smoke Shop.

- If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address (incorrect or incomplete), we are not obligated to issue a refund or resend goods at our expense. A refund minus postal expenses may be offered if goods are returned to our facility.
- If a package is returned because the carrier couldn't collect an adult signature and ID proof, we reserve the right to deduct a $15 restocking fee from the refund. Re-shipping a replacement order is contingent upon the original package's return and processing, and we are not obligated to bear the expense.

State Regulations

Order Modifications for Prohibited Items:

If your order contains items prohibited in your location, those items will be removed and cancelled from the order. This may result in the cancellation and refund of the entire order, while the rest of the package will be processed as normal.

Vape Sales Restrictions:

Currently, vape sales are restricted in certain states and cities. Orders from these locations will be subject to restrictions or cancellations:

- States: Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, Utah, Vermont

- Cities: San Francisco, Anchorage

Flavored E-Liquid Sales Restrictions:
The sale of flavored E-liquids is restricted in the following states and cities. Orders from these locations will also be subject to restrictions or cancellations:

- States: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island

- Cities: Chicago, Washington D.C.

International Orders

Shipping Restrictions:

If your country or state is not available during the checkout process, we are currently unable to process payments from or ship to your location.

Currency and Conversion:

All prices on our site are listed in US Dollars. Cloud Smoke Shop does not handle currency conversion and is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.

Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees:

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service-related fees. Cloud Smoke Shop is not liable for packages seized by authorities or for any international duties fees. In cases where a package incurs additional shipping costs (e.g., rejected by customs, wrong address, returned by the customer), these costs will be deducted from the original payment.

We recommend contacting your local authorities for regulations regarding electronic cigarettes and vaping products.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Responsibility:
Cloud Smoke Shop is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer with the third-party carrier. We strive to assist in the resolution of these matters, but any shipping issues should be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Third-party Shipping Carriers:

For packages delivered to third-party shipping carriers and marked as "Delivered," any subsequent issues must be resolved by the customer with the shipping company.

Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping addresses. Cloud Smoke Shop is not liable for delays, returns, or other issues resulting from erroneous or incomplete addresses provided by the user.

Replacement Parts Shipping:

All replacement and warranty shipments are sent using Standard Shipping.

Please ensure all your information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any complications with your order.
